This product is similar to the Lo Doc product except no documentation is required.

Key Features

Whereas Lo Doc loans require evidence of a particular income level, No Doc borrowers merely provide certification that they earn a particular level of income.

Advantages

Borrowers are not required to disclose the source of their income and accordingly their privacy is maintained.

Borrowers should ensure they are able to meet repayment obligations.
