Sun Social Network operates a multi-level marketing network of people (like you) designed to promote the financial services offered by its partner, Sun Home Loans

When you become a member of the network, you are paid a commission based on income that our partner earns in relation to home loans settled as a result of your referral, or referral by other members attributed to you.

What is your primary role in our business system?

As a member, your primary role is to introduce Sun Home Loans (and its home loan business) and/or the Sun Social Network (and its network marketing business) to people in your social network. Whether you introduce Sun Home Loans and/or Sun Social Network to a particular person will depend on your assessment of that person’s circumstances and receptiveness.

Needless to say, you will need some training in how the Sun Social Network’s business operates so you are able to relay information about the business to potential new members (or, using an industry term, “leads”).

Although Sun Home Loan’s personnel will attend to the loan application process, we encourage you to develop a basic knowledge of the products that Sun Home Loans offers. This knowledge will assist in identifying people who may be seeking home loan finance, or a business opportunity such as membership of Sun Social Network.

For present purposes, the loan application process commences with an interview of the prospective borrower and finishes with the settlement of a loan. The interview is conducted by Sun Home Loans’ personnel to assess the appropriate loan product and provide details about the products offered. You are not required (and in fact are not authorised) to be involved in this process.

To summarise, your primary role is to promote Sun Home Loans and Sun Social Network’s businesses to prospective customers.
